Aboutthe role:

We arecurrently recruiting Field Service Engineers to support our busyteam covering the Plymouth, Devon area. This is an excellentopportunity for a mechanically skilled engineer with diesel engineexperience looking to develop theircareer.

Whatyou’ll be doing:

Service, maintain, and repair pumps, generators,and diesel-powered equipment in both depot and field-basedenvironments.

Prepare andinspect equipment at the depot to ensure it is fully operationalbefore deployment.

Carryout major overhauls and refurbishments of end-of-lifeequipment.

Diagnose faultsand perform repairs to minimise equipmentdowntime.

Collaborateeffectively with the service team, hire controller, and foreman toensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safetyregulations and company policies at all times.

Maintain a clean andorganised working environment, ensuring all equipment meets safetyand quality standards.

Travel to customer sites and participate in anon-call rota (1 week in 4).

You’llhave:Mechanicalexperience, ideally working with plant equipment, pumps,generators, and diesel engines.

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, anMandE related apprenticeship or equivalent.

Full UK Driving licence orequivalent
