Service Engineer

Role: Service Engineer Location: Grays, Thurrock Hours: Full time, TempSalary: £15ph We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in Thurrock. This role is hands-on, supporting customers and keeping equipment in good working order. Duties of a Service Engineer: Carry out basic servicing and repairs on equipment.Help diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults (training provided).Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Work closely with the Service Centre Manager and wider team to maintain high service standards. What we would like from a Service Engineer: Some background in mechanical/electrical work or interest in engineering.Valid driving licence.IT proficient (Microsoft Office).Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated with good time management.Knowledge of industry standards and ability to read technical drawings (advantage).
