They provide comprehensive customer support, including remote diagnosis, training and technical advice, supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to provide professional and efficient after-sales technical support to customers across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The role will involve working independently at customer sites, carrying out installation, commissioning, servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on injection moulding machinery. The position will also involve supporting customers remotely and working closely with internal and external teams.
