Service Engineer

Do you have field service engineering experience working in regulated environments? Do you have experience of working with refrigeration, HVAC and F-Gas equipment? They are now looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities will include conducting calibrations, scheduling and conducting site service work, routine maintenance of test equipment, conducting validation of test equipment as well as validation of test methods. Implementation of the Quality System as per QMS training, filing of non-conformance reports. You will look after customer communication relating to all aspects of calibration work, as well as participation in customer/UKAS annual audits, preparation and feedback for lab meetings and management review for key topics. You will be required to complete IQ/OQ documentation/protocols/calibration certificates and provide technical support via phone and email.
