Due to continued expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join the team, supporting clients across the Northern region, based out of Oldham.Your Roles and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:Supporting the delivery, installation and maintenance of radio communication systems, body worn cameras, and associated security technologiesAssisting the sales team with technical input, product demonstrations, and customer enquiriesConducting site surveys and preventative maintenance inspections (PMI), producing detailed reports and documentationCarrying out system design, build, factory testing, installation and commissioningProviding first-line technical support to customers via phone and remote systemsPerforming routine servicing, maintenance and bench repairs on customer and company equipmentConfiguring equipment across a range of communication and security technologiesDelivering on-site technical support at events, including festivals, sporting events and entertainment venuesParticipating in a call-out rota to provide 24/7 support ..... full job details .....
