Lift Service Engineer Location: Surrey / South East London Territory: Dedicated Service Route Surrey and South East London Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + Overtime + Night Call Payments The Role An established and growing lift engineering business is looking to recruit an experienced Lift Service Engineer to take responsibility for a service route covering Surrey and the surrounding area. This is a field-based position focused on planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, fault-finding and minor repairs across a portfolio of lift equipment. You will manage your own route, ensuring lifts remain safe, reliable and compliant while providing a high standard of service to customers. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance across your allocated lift portfolio Attend breakdowns and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults Aim to achieve a high first-time fix rate and minimise equipment downtime Complete minor repairs where required to maintain lift operation Manage your service route effectively and ensure scheduled visits are completed Identify and report additional repair, upgrade or modernisation requirements Accurately record completed works using electronic field management systems Provide professional communication and customer service while on site Support neighbouring service territories when required Participate in the night-call rota Maintain high standards of health ..... full job details .....
