Service Engineer

Service Engineer (International Travel) Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, N.Ireland Salary: £40k basic - £60k-£70k OTE Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Service Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Install and commission ground support equipment. Maintain and service product range. Fix any problems that are within warranty. Report any warranty issues back to office. Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected are understood and met. Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the company. Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations and safeguarding company property. Complete all necessary documentation promptly and in accordance with guidelines or schedules issued (including time sheets, staff expense claims and site reports.).
