About the Role

A Service Engineer - Fire Alarms is sought by SSR C&T to cover Berkshire and the Thames Valley, with occasional work in West London. This full-time position involves maintaining and repairing addressable alarm systems, so fault-finding skills are advantageous. Candidates must have fire alarm industry experience and sound knowledge of BS 5839, plus a full driving licence. The salary ranges from £38,000 to £42,000, negotiable, with overtime available including optional weekend shifts. This national fire alarm systems installer and service provider are looking to recruit a Service Engineer to cover the Thames Valley area with some work in West London. The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing a variety of addressable alarm systems, ideally having some fault-finding ability. Applicant will need to be from, or have been in the fire alarm industry, with a good with a good understanding of BS 5839, you will also need a full driving licence.
This excellent opportunity comes with a basic salary of circa £40,000 (negotiable) plus overtime including weekend work (not compulsory) a transit style van, a bonus, 23 days holiday, pension and other benefits, the role has NO CALL OUT.
