Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of units at clients’ sites. Training of operators and supporting them with applications, setup and automation/computer control. On site preventative maintenance, calibration and service. Advising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis. Including part numbers/pricing on the phone and via e-mail. Modification and upgrades of company equipment. Compiling method statements and risk assessments for the workshop and onsite visits. Ensuring demo units are in working order; assisting with loading and unloading. Following up leads from sales teams with regards to support service and repairs. Identifying potential leads at site and briefing the appropriate sales team member to follow up. Profile Qualification and experience in maintenance, support and installation of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems.
