      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Work on the kind of engineering problems that don''t get fixed with a quick service call. We''re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support major manufacturing customers across the UK. This is not a high-volume role driving from job to job completing routine service calls. You''ll work on complex industrial plant (mainly in the aerospace sector) and automated manufacturing systems, often spending several days on site diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, completing planned maintenance and delivering engineering improvements. You''ll be trusted to use your engineering judgement rather than simply work through a checklist.
