Service Engineer (Electrical) - Northern IrelandLocation: Lisburn, Northern IrelandSalary: Competitive DOEHours: 39 hours per week We''re looking for an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join a specialist service team working on diesel generators and associated electrical control systems across Northern Ireland.The Role:Service, maintain and repair diesel generators and ancillary equipmentDiagnose and resolve electrical faults, including control panels to component levelCarry out planned and reactive maintenanceInterrogate and program ComAp and Deep Sea generator controllersRead and interpret electrical drawingsSupport generator control system upgrades and new installationsProvide initial fault finding remotely and on-siteParticipate in an on-call rota and attend breakdowns when requiredOccasional travel throughout Ireland, including overnight staysWhat We''re Looking For:ONC/D, City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical EngineeringTime-served electrical technician/electrician with 3+ years'' experienceStrong industrial electrical fault-finding experienceExperience with generator controls, ComAp and/or Deep SeaFull UK driving licenceStrong customer-facing and communication skillsFlexible approach to weekend and out-of-hours workDesirable:JIB/SparkSafe or recognised electrical certificationCSR card / HandS qualificationDiesel or gas engine experiencePrevious generator service/maintenance ..... full job details .....
