The Role As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer properties to carry out repairs, servicing, adjustments, and maintenance on a range of windows and doors. You''ll diagnose faults, provide practical solutions, and ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient service. Key Responsibilities Carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. Diagnose faults and complete remedial work to a high standard. Adjust windows and doors to ensure correct operation. Replace locks, hinges, handles, glass units, and other hardware where required. Complete warranty and aftercare service visits. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards. Provide excellent customer service while representing the business professionally. Accurately complete service reports and update job information. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
