Service Engineer Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Salary: 37,000 - 40,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate who can demonstrate strong technical capability and relevant industry experienceAbout the Role Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist in mechanised irrigation and water management. They are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of irrigation systems. This is a practical role with a mix of workshop and field-based work-not repetitive maintenance.You will work on large-scale irrigation equipment, including:Irrigation booms and hose reelsPumps and pumping systemsHydraulic systemsDiesel-driven equipmentElectrical control systems, automation, sensors, and controlsThe role involves diagnosing faults, testing, and problem-solving on equipment both in the workshop and at customer sites.
