Whether you''re experienced or seeking a fresh start, this is a genuine chance to build your career with a busy, forward-thinking business.Overview of this position -Covering South London, you''ll buddy up with engineers on-site, replacing parts and helping to keep customer fleets moving with minimal disruption.Service Engineer responsibilities include - Buddy up with an experienced service engineer and travel to clients. Swap out service-ready components on electric vehicles as part of scheduled maintenance. Carry out changeovers on air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating/cooling systems. Utilise a handheld PDA system for logging work, tracking tasks, and team communication.Service Engineer desirable skills and education - Time served, or Mechanical / Electrical educated (IMI, FGAS, BTEC, HNC, or degree). Basic hands-on experience with Mechanical assembly (study, home projects, or work-based). Ability to follow technical drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
