Service Driver

Install Water Cooler Service Driver 
(Basic DIY Plumbing skills are required, training will be given)

Fully Expensed Company Van (Stock will  be sent direct to you)
£29K rising to £30K   
Covering to Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Notts, Kidderminster, Staffordshire

Your main role as a Service Driver will be Servicing, delivering and Installing bottle fed and mains fed water coolers adhering to BWCA and legal standards to the commercial sectors.

As part of the role you will also undertake Water Bottle deliveries to our
Customers.

This is very much a customer facing role and you will need to have the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be presentable & be able to work well as part of a team as well as on own initiative.

Responsibilities:

• The service driver responsibilities include surveys, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, services, exchanges and collections
• Deliver Water Bottles
• Ensuring all Water Coolers are working appropriately for the customer’s needs.
• Accurate and timely management/ storage/ordering of stock and inventory, ensuring you have sufficient parts to successfully repair/complete required work.
• To be able to work to a tight daily schedule.
• Replenish the van with parts and/or stock.
• Must be reliable & Punctual.
• Good fault finding skills is an advantage when carrying out repairs.
• Must be physically fit as you will be expected to deliver bottled water each weighing 20kg and customers expect you to carry them upstairs and to the location they require
• Have experience working in this industry with a proven qualification.

Essential: 

Service Driver experience
Must have some home DIY plumbing skills, but you will be trained to install mains fed water coolers.
