Service Director for Finance

We are looking for someone who has experience in a unitary authority as a S151. In terms of office presence we can be flexible - please state commitment to be on-site in Plymouth. i.e. 2 days a week, 3 days a week etc. Duration - we will be running perm recruitment alongside this post, which is vacant from 12 December. I would suggest this is a 3-6 month assignment at this stage. We do not have a set start date, but would prefer someone in place to transition as the 151 without needing to delegate that responsibility internally.
