Service Development Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Service Development Manager to lead transformational change and support the successful mobilisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of our pan-London specialist rough sleeping services, including migrant support services. Working closely with the Head of Specialist Rough Sleeping Services, you will play a key role in establishing and developing three Greater London Authority (GLA) contracts: London Navigators, MAPS, and the Crisis Prevention and Response Service (CPRS). Working as Service Development Manager you will support services through periods of growth and transition, helping to ensure operational readiness, embed new ways of working, and deliver against contractual objectives. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the mobilisation and ongoing development of specialist rough sleeping services, ensuring a smooth transition from contract award to delivery. Support managers and teams through periods of growth and change, embedding new processes, systems, and ways of working. Work closely with HR colleagues on workforce planning, staff engagement, consultations, onboarding, and training.
