Responsibilities Work with the wider Service Desk team to ensure delivery of the key SLAs and KPIs. Deliver excellent customer service to all key stakeholders both internally and externally. Classify and prioritise problems, document their causes and implement remedies. Support user hardware and business applications. Work with third parties to ensure that the required level of service is received from all the suppliers.
