Service Desk Engineer/Helpdesk

I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based full time on site in Tamworth.The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.Whilst the role is an initial contract position there is a high possibility it will move into a permanent position after the initial contract period.You must have experience of working on a busy service desk troubleshooting and resolving tickets.You must also have experience with Intune management and Active Directory.You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.You will manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange), install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications and maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.You must have some of the following:Microsoft 365 administration - user accounts, licences, groups, shared mailboxes and basic Exchange/Teams troubleshootingMicrosoft Entra ID administration - users, groups, authentication methods, MFA and basic sign-in troubleshootingActive Directory - user/computer administration, group membership, password/account management and basic OU/GPO awarenessMicrosoft Intune - device enrolment, compliance status, application deployment, configuration profiles and basic troubleshootingLaptop provisioning and maintenance - Windows 11 build, configuration, rebuilds, drivers/firmware and ..... full job details .....
