Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Hybrid working, Hertfordshire

 

We have an exciting opportunity with a growing organisation for a Service Desk Analyst that is looking to grow and develop their skills.

 

You will be

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Providing support for MACs & PCs
  • Using the ticketing system
  • Escalating issues when necessary
  • Getting involved with small-medium sized IT projects
  • Ensuring security & upgrades
 

For this role, you need experience in a technical support/service desk role.

Experience with technologies like Azure, Windows, Office 365 are a must.

This role is an exciting role where you can learn a lot and also gain certifications too.

 

You also need:

  • A full driving licence and a car.
