Service Desk Analyst Glasgow - Hybrid Competitive salary - 12-month FTCVIQU is working with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Service Desk function. This Service Desk role will focus on delivering hands-on technical support, incident resolution, and service request fulfilment within a complex enterprise environment, ensuring high-quality IT service delivery across multiple locations. You will support day-to-day Service Desk operations, including troubleshooting, user support, device management, and remote working solutions, while contributing to service improvement and IT transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst role: Provide first and second-line IT support across hardware, software, and service requests within the Service DeskDeliver support via phone, email, remote tools, and floor-walking as part of a rotaTroubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating in line with Service Desk ITIL processesSupport onboarding/offboarding, including setup and deployment of user equipmentManage laptops, mobile devices, and remote working toolsAssist with AV/VC support and general workplace technology issuesMaintain accurate user administration and support hardware life cycle managementContribute to Service Desk improvements and IT projects Key Requirements of the Service Desk Analyst role: Experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
