Logging, updating and resolving Incidents and RequestsPrioritising and monitoring IT issues, ensuring they are resolved within agreed SLA’sDiagnose and resolve IT issues, collaborating and elevating to 2nd line or other resolver teamsCreating knowledge articles and IT documentationAbility to use initiative or work as part of a team to resolve IT issuesPrior experience in a Service Desk EnvironmentExperience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issuesExperience supporting 365 environments, including Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, ExchangeBusiness Competencies
