If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!The role:1st Line Support Help Desk IT Support Technician IMMEDIATE START £14.29ph (Circa £ 26,000) Swindon - on site 3 days per week (NON - NEGOTIABLE ) 35 hours per week. (Temporary with the possibility to go Permanent)Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using our ticket system.Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including using a standard greeting, correct triage of calls, and explaining next steps when necessary.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and ensure high-standard triaging of calls.Support a variety of technologies including Audio Visual systems, desk and mobile phones, laptops, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications.Quickly escalate major incidents to IT management, obtaining detailed information about the incident and its impact.Maintain excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist others.</description>
