Service Desk Analyst, O365, Win 11, Fully remoteOur client, a leading and reputable organisation, is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1 and 2 line support for all Incidents and Service Requests.This is FULLY REMOTE and OUTSIDE OF IR35.General responsibilities: - Supporting IT Services (Incident Management / Request Fulfilment) Ensure all incidents and service requests are successfully logged and accurately identified, categorised, prioritised and diagnosed.Work with third parties and colleagues to investigate, accurately diagnose, analyse and resolve IT issues.Knowledge of and experience working within depts. utilising Change Management and Problem Management.Customer Care including providing a welcoming, friendly, customer focused and professional attitude to all users.Maintain good working relationships with end users and departments within the organisation.Technical skills: -Previous experience in a similar 1st and 2nd line support role (Service Desk - Desktop)Relevant experience in a similar Service Desk support roleITILWindows 11 support and installationMS Office and Office 365 skillsActive Directory account admin.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
