Overview

Join Netcompany as a Service Desk Analyst. You will be part of a team of technicians to support, triage, and monitor Netcompany''s customer solutions. The service desk operates 24/7/365 to ensure customers are never more than a phone call or email away from high quality support and service. You will work within Netcompany’s Intelligent Service Desk, providing 1st and 2nd line support, monitoring, and event management using tools including Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, New Relic, and more.Responsibilities

1st and 2nd level support and triage for large critical systemsAct as the link between customers and NetcompanyTriage, record, and resolve various technical issuesWrite procedures for client systemsSet up and update auditingAlert monitoring and event management of large critical systemsSystem maintenance and patchingQualifications

Experience in a 1st/2nd level end-user support environmentExcellent communication in English (speaking and writing)Strong desire to learnSolid knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelDemonstrated experience in Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Hyper-V, PowerShellPassionate about helping to develop a team in constant motionKnowledge of IT operations infrastructure and ITIL/Service ManagementRelevant IT education at diploma level or higherDesirable: one or more of the following certifications: AZ/SC/MS-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+Benefits
