The team is committed to providing high-quality support and ensuring users get the most from their ICT systems.   Experience:    Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support environment.  Handling incidents and service requests using ITSM tools  Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365.  Use of Active Directory (account unlocks, password resets, etc.).    Skills &amp; Competencies:    Excellent customer service and communication skills.  Basic understanding of networking and remote access (VPN, DNS, etc.).  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
