Provide first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and our ticketing systemLog, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesEscalate complex issues to second-line support when necessaryMaintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articlesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for staffWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a service desk or IT support roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networkingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGreat customer service skillsITIL Foundation certification (desirable but not essential)The Rewards

Location: OS HQ, Southampton, with five days per week during initial induction; remote work may be possible after training with line manager approval. OS conducts pre-employment checks (identity, right to work, employment history, and DBS checks). Some roles may require additional security vetting. Interviews are in person at Ordnance Survey Head Office. Sponsorship is not available for this role; applicants must have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
