Manage and support Dell laptops, ensuring certification standards are met. Utilize ServiceNow or similar platforms for logging and updating support calls. Support and maintain Citrix environments Knowledge of Win 11 Deliver excellent customer service, addressing user issues promptly and professionally. Understand and support the setup of bank branches, including thin clients, network configurations, and peripherals such as chip and pin devices, voucher readers, and passbook printers. Driving License/transport may be required as there may be a requirement to support some branches in Scotland - mileage will be paid for this Contract
