Service Desk Analyst
with a strong track record of supporting ICT operations in a customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent IT support, driving efficiency, and making a real impact in how colleagues and stakeholders use technology.What You’ll Be DoingHandling and resolving service desk requests, ensuring issues are logged and tracked effectively.Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver technical support solutions.Supporting the security, scalability, and performance of IT systems.Providing
1st and 2nd Line support
for corporate devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.Assisting colleagues with system usage and resolving technical issues.Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and contracts.Building knowledge in tools such as
Autopilot
and
Mobile Device Management
platforms.Continuously developing your technical skills to support systems and infrastructure.What We’re Looking ForStrong

with excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and within a small, dynamic team.Proven experience in a
