This involves direct telephone and email contact with the Customers, who will be located in a number of offices and warehouses throughout the country Description To communicate via telephone and email being both polite and helpful. To effectively chase updates from suppliers and customers. To manage and ensure completion of jobs within the given SLA. To manage scheduled tasks and book in with the relevant suppliers and customers. To run reports from the system when necessary. Utilise the CIMS software application and any other systems/applications deemed necessary to carry out the requirements of the job Other ad-hoc duties, as required by your line manager.
