Service Designer - Hybrid in Glasgow (2 days weekly in office, 3 remote) - INSIDE IR35Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join Glasgow based end client as part of a new project tea The role involves designing and implementing managed service operating models for complex infrastructure solutions, with a focus on network and infrastructure skills.ResponsibilitiesThe Service Designer is responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-endserviceoperatingmodel required to successfully transition complex infrastructure solutions into live operational service.Working across programme delivery, solution architecture, technical design, service operations, suppliers and the customer, the role translates contractual, business and technical requirements into a practical, scalable and supportable service model.The Service Designer will ensure that new infrastructure solutions are not simply technically implemented, but can be operated,supported,governed,measuredandcontinuouslyimprovedthroughouttheiroperationallifecycle.The Service Designer designs services end-to-end and front-to-back across people, infrastructure, communications and supporting processesThis is an initial contract running until 31/03/2027 with further extension available.
