Service Designer / Service Design Lead - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - London (Hybrid) - 100,000 per annumA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Designer / Service Design Lead to join our London based global professional services firm on a 12 month fixed term contract.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of a global operating model transformation within a complex professional services environment.Partner with senior leadership and programme teams to design and implement a global service portfolio framework.Lead end-to-end service design across multiple channels to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.Develop service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and interaction models to optimise service delivery.Facilitate co-design workshops to define detailed service processes, including process mapping, handoffs, and SLAs aligned to the operating model.Conduct user research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate service concepts and ensure accessibility and effectiveness.Propose alternative service delivery models to maximise value and efficiency.Establish and maintain service design principles and standards to ensure consistency across the global service portfolio.Embed scalability, risk, control, and compliance requirements into service designs.Define and implement service-level performance metrics aligned to operating model requirements.Translate service designs into operational and organisational requirements in collaboration with ..... full job details .....
