      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Service Designer (must hold valid SC) - £550 inside IR35 - 6 monthsExalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract service designer, this is inside IR35, hybrid working between London and other offices as and when needed, paying £550 per day and initially 6 months. Skills for the role:  Plans service transitions from start to finish, with sequenced, resource-aware plans that make dependencies, critical path and decision points explicit. Defines readiness and operational acceptance criteria, including gated entry and exit criteria, go/no-go evidence and the service acceptance process. Plans cutover and hypercare, covering rehearsal, fallback and continuity arrangements and the exit criteria for hypercare. Has run IT service transitions through mergers, acquisitions, demergers and divestments. This includes Day One readiness, service separation or integration, coordinating application and data migration, and planning TSA exits so dependencies on the former parent or partner end cleanly. Keeps risk, issue and dependency management disciplined across several workstreams, suppliers or delivery partners.
