You will be reporting to the IT Programme Manager and joining during a period or large-scale transformation. Your new roleIn your new role, you will be overseeing end-to-end service design projects, identifying emerging trends, data-driven improvements opportunities, and end-user needs to shape innovative services that deliver both business impact and end-user value. You will be championing user-centric design through conducting workshops to understand end-user behaviours and creating solutions to align with strategic objectives.You will be designing, testing, and iterating prototypes, using measurable outcomes to validate hypotheses and inform future decisions, whilst working closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and operations, to co-create propositions that balance desirability, operational feasibility, and business viability.
