You will be responsible for designing end-to-end service journeys that are user-centred, inclusive, and compliant with NHS and government digital standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead service design activities across the programme, ensuring alignment with public sector policy, clinical workflows, and user needs.Map current and future state service journeys, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate co-design workshops with patients, clinicians, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Produce service blueprints, journey maps, and design artefacts to support agile development and delivery.Collaborate with user researchers, content designers, interaction designers, and developers to ensure cohesive service experiences.Ensure services meet accessibility, safety, and data protection standards.Advocate for inclusive design and contribute to design governance and continuous improvement.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in service design within healthcare or public sector programmes.Strong understanding of user-centred design, systems thinking, and agile delivery.Ability to translate complex clinical and operational requirements into intuitive service experiences.Experience producing service blueprints, journey maps, and design documentation.Familiarity with NHS digital ..... full job details .....
