What you''ll need Proven experience in service design, including journey mapping, service blueprints and user flows. CESA experience is essential. Experience designing complex, end-to-end services across multiple teams or organisations. Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills. A user-centred mindset with the ability to translate user needs into practical design solutions.
