You will lead service design across complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams, shaping services used by patients and clinicians across England. GDS and NHS experience are essential requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead service design activity from discovery through to live across one or more workstreams Plan and facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities Produce journey maps, service blueprints, and experience maps to a high standard Work closely with user researchers to keep design decisions evidence-led Contribute to alpha and beta phases and support GDS service assessments Present design work clearly to senior clinical and operational stakeholders Essential Requirements Proven NHS or Government service design experience - non-negotiable Deep knowledge of GDS standards and the service design lifecycle End-to-end service design experience across multiple p...
