About the role We want everyone affected by breast cancer to get the right support, at the right time, in the right way. Support for everyone, anytime, anywhere. Owning your part of it You''d own the journeys: the person who knows how our products and services work end to end, front stage and back stage. You''ll build a point of view with evidence behind it, speak for the experience in the rooms where decisions are shaped, keep what we know where others can find it, and champion the people we don''t yet reach. About you You don''t need to have done all this before, and we don''t expect anyone to be excellent at everything. Essential Experience designing services end to end in a multidisciplinary team, across digital and non-digital touchpoints. Journey mapping, blueprinting and co-design that changed what an organisation did. A practical commitment to accessibility and inclusive design. Building understanding that outlasts you, including with ..... full job details .....
