Produce service maps, journeys, blueprints, and end-to-end service models. Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams to align user needs, business goals and technology constraints. Provide professional advice on service design approaches, risks and opportunities. Coordinate service design work to time, quality and business expectations. Facilitate workshops, co-design and decision-making forums. Support the development of service design practice and mentor junior team members. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in end-to-end service design (DDaT). Ability to produce service artefacts at multiple levels (journeys blueprints ecosystems). Skilled in evidence-based design: insight synthesis, problem framing, prioritisation. Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product and policy domains.
