      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;200 - &amp;pound;220/day Inside IR35 | Type: Contract | Job Title: Junior Service Design Assistant    Role Type: Contract    Length: 6 Months initial    Location: Dartford (1-2 days per week)         Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Junior Service Design Assistant to support projects through service design, transition and operational readiness. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and an interest in service management to help improve documentation, support models and project handovers.   Key Responsibilities:    Attend project meetings and support teams with service design guidance.  Review service design documents and recommend improvements.  Create support models and transition pages for projects.  Work with project managers to track completed transition tasks.  Create, review and update project and service wikis with support team leads.    Key Experience:    Essential:    ITIL experience  Experience in a similar role.  Strong organisational skills  Excellent interpersonal skills    Desirable:    ITIL qualification  Confluence experience  ServiceNow experience.
