Service Design and Transition Manager

Your new company A leading global consultancy is seeking an SC Cleared Service Design andamp; Transition Manager to support a major public sector programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile delivery team, working on complex and business-critical services within a secure government environment.Your new role As a Service Design andamp; Transition Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of Service Design andamp; Transition throughout the project life cycle, helping to ensure that high-quality support models and service components are delivered successfully into live operation.Your responsibilities will include:Developing support models and service diagrams for new services and solutionsEnsuring support teams have the capabilities and processes required to support live servicesIdentifying and managing service-related risks throughout project deliveryProducing operational readiness and transition documentationSupporting governance activities and operational sign-off processesFacilitating testing and approval of support processes across multiple teamsActing as an escalation point for operational issues and risksProviding regular project and status reporting to senior stakeholdersThis role is based in Telford, with 2 days per week onsite attendance required.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience within Service Design, Service Transition or Service Management environmentsStrong stakeholder management and ..... full job details .....
