Service Design and Transition Manager

A Service Design andamp; Transition Manager is required to work with project delivery teams to ensure service designs and support models are designed and implemented aligned to project timescales. The role will be a primary interface into project managers and project teams to ensure timely completion of the design and transition activities. Key requirements are ITIL experience, strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in Service Design and Transition within a project delivery environment.
