Job Title: Service Design and Improvement OfficerContract Type: TemporaryWorking Pattern: Full TimeOur client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking a dedicated Service Design and Improvement Officer to spearhead transformative initiatives that align with strategic priorities and enhance service delivery, particular within public realm, leisure, waste and enforcement services.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of service design projects, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and business intelligence.Identify, track, and analyse financial savings and investments for ongoing projects.Utilise specialist disciplines in service design, including business analysis and Lean techniques, to create effective service solutions.Document findings and create options for strategic improvements, while facilitating workshops to drive innovation across services.Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand service needs and ensure user-centred design approaches.Essential Skills:Proven experience in strategy, planning, and governance within a public sector context.Strong project management skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation, including business cases and progress reports.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on engaging and collaborating with diverse teams.Ability to manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.If you are ready to make a difference and have the skills to lead service ..... full job details .....
