The successful candidate will support the end-to-end management of insurance risks, ensuring each case progresses accurately and efficiently from initial setup through to the issuing of the insurance certificate.The role would particularly suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a process-driven environment where accuracy, customer service and attention to detail are essential.The RoleAs Service Delivery Officer, you will work closely with surveyors, colleagues and internal stakeholders to manage insurance risks throughout the full service delivery process.Your key responsibilities will include:Accurately inputting new insurance risks onto the CRM systemManaging assigned risks from initial setup through to completionLiaising with surveyors to ensure cases progress efficientlyPreparing and issuing insurance certificatesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsEnsuring work meets internal quality and compliance standardsBuilding positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersContributing to team discussions and service-improvement initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve systems and processesAdapting to new ..... full job details .....
