As Technical Service Delivery Manager, you''ll run QBRs and service reviews, monitor SLAs, drive service improvements and act as an escalation point for customer issues. Key Responsibilities: Run QBRs and technical service reviews. Monitor SLAs, service metrics and improvement actions. Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders. Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents. Identify service improvements and additional customer requirements. Produce and analyse service performance reports. Key Requirements: Previous Technical Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Customer Success experience. Managed services experience managing multiple customers.
