Service Delivery Manager - ERP Oracle Fusion Live ServicesSummer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend. Location: London / Milton Keynes / East Kilbride - Hybrid/Remote The ideal candidates will possess active SC clearance and have a solid background in Service Delivery, along with the following skills and experience:Proven experience in Service Delivery, specifically within ERP Oracle Fusion Live Services.Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) in secure environments, such as Defence or Central Government.Strong leadership skills in managing both an ERP Team and a Test Team.Experience in delivery management, applying Prince2 principles, and overseeing BAU performance, continual service improvement and service optimisation.Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Product Managers responsible for the Product Roadmap and Backlog.Experience in leading preparations for the Change and Release Board, including attending meetings and representing the delivery of change.Excellent Business Relationship Management skills.To apply, please submit your updated CV for consideration. ..... full job details .....
