Service Delivery Manager
to lead operations across a defined region. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and planned works, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across repairs and maintenance services.Drive performance and value for money through effective resource management.Oversee a team of Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Trade Operatives.Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory frameworks, and accreditation standards.Collaborate with MTVH colleagues to deliver long-term property solutions.Act as NICEIC Principal Duty Holder for the region.Handle complaints and customer issues with professionalism and care.Maintain risk registers and ensure contract management procedures are followed.Take the lead on developing our trade apprenticeship programme.Work collaboratively with MTVH colleagues across various directorates.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in senior management within a maintenance or housing environment.Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering operational excellence.In-depth knowledge of social housing maintenance and regulatory frameworks.Professional or trade qualifications (or equivalent experience).Deep understanding of applicable HandS / CDM legislation and how to apply it constructively.Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.Commitment to customer service and collaborative working.Interview Diary Date
