Our services offer the tailored solutions needed to plan, build, run, and continuously optimize.What the role offers:Project governance and management including planningProvide customers with a single point of contact throughout specific solution engagementsProvide a responsive resource to the customer that can adapt to their internal processesKeep the customer informed throughout periods of specific activity and engage in collaborative development of solutionsManaging project finances (costs, revenue, PandL, forecasts) to meet or exceed budgets/targetsAchievement of Professional Services targets for assigned customersAchievement of Delivery Margin targets on activities following successful proposalsCustomer relationship management for delivery engagementsBuild and establish strong relationships with customer sponsors, their teams and other key influencers across the customer organisationCommercial Management (working to contract/SOW)Ensure customer expectations align with product capabilities and contracted servicesWork with internal teams to ensure customers receive contracted deliverablesTeam management of both internal and external resourcesMentor and encourage development of project team membersProvide performance input and development recommendationsSupport sales and presales in identifying, qualifying, and shaping new opportunitiesAssist in the preparation and management of proposals and statements of workRepresent the company professionally with customers and stakeholdersWhat you need to succeed:Proven experience in project management, ideally within a professional services organisationExperience managing software implementation projectsExperience leading large, complex, multi-faceted programmesAbility to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholdersAble to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, matrixed environmentExperience working with the UK GovernmentExcellent communication skills at all levelsExperience with Agile (preferably Scaled Agile) frameworks, methods, and techniquesExperience with traditional waterfall methodsBid management and business development experienceStrong understanding of project risk managementAdditional Requirements:The successful candidate must currently hold and be able to maintain Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) Security ClearanceThis is a hybrid role and will require travel to customer locations regularly (3 days per ..... full job details .....
