Service Delivery Manager Location:Cambridge and Macclesfield Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performing teams? We''re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of Asset Information Services across two key client sites in Cambridge and Macclesfield. In this pivotal role, you''ll lead a team of Asset Information Specialists, ensuring the effective management of engineering documentation, building information, electronic document management systems (EDMS), and asset information records. As the primary operational contact for the client, you''ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service standards, contractual commitments, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You''ll Be DoingLeading the delivery of Asset Information Services and ensuring KPI and SLA performance targets are met.Acting as the key operational interface for the client, managing relationships and service escalations.Driving service excellence through performance monitoring, governance meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities.Overseeing operational budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.Supporting Facilities Management, Engineering, and Project teams with effective information management solutions.
