Full-Time, Salaried £30,000 - £35,000 Overview Travis Talent Ltd, are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a client who are seeking to employ a Service Delivery Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the scheduling of routine maintenance works, ensuring alignment with our contractual agreements and client requirements. This role involves close coordination with clients, internal teams, and engineers to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks while meeting service level agreements and deadlines. Coordinate with clients to schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial and reactive works, ensuring alignment with their availability. Prepare and compile comprehensive and detailed quotes for services Organise and oversee all site requirements, including access equipment, components, and necessary logistics. Prepare and coordinate RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for both clients and engineers, ensuring all safety and operational measures are in place. Allocate works to designated engineers, coordinating their schedules to meet deadlines. Monitor and track the progress of works to ensure completion within client KPIs, regularly updating schedules as needed. ..... full job details .....
